Bug Description:
Focus is not returned to JavacontrolPanel when About window is closed.

Build Info :
java version "1.6.0"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.6.0-b99)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20050415144036.et151817.baseline, mixed mode,
sharing)

Build Location(34 pit respin):
/net/sqesvr-nfs.sfbay/global/nfs/deployment5/pit_builds/windows-i586/jre160_pit.exe

Steps to reproduce:
1.Install the jre1.6.0 34 (respin)pit build from above mentioned location.
3.Launch JavacontrolPanel (javacpl) through command prompt.
4.Click About button in "About"
5.Click Escape key are click "Close button in about dialog.

Expected Behavior : About dialog should close and focus should return to JavaControlPanel.
Actual Behavior : About dialog is closed but focus is not returned to JavaContrlPanel.
