Search engines, including Google and Ultraseek, look at the title and
description of each page -- if two pages with different URLs
have the same title and description, they are considered duplicates.
(If there is no description, they compare just the title.)
The engine then "de-dupes", removing one of the documents from its
list.
It's therefore important for pages to have different titles.
These two pages have the same title:
<TITLE>
Overview (Java 2 Platform SE 5.0)
</TITLE>
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/api/overview-summary.html
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/api/overview-frame.html
