Running the test javax/management/monitor/ThreadPoolTest takes about
44+49+44+37+37+31+31+31=304 seconds, i.e. over five minutes. This is too much for a unit test. The complete set of all JSR 3 and 160 unit tests takes 20 minutes to run, so this single test is accounting for a quarter of that time. It would be good to look for a way to make it take less time.
