REGRESSION: Recompiled classes no longer copied over to CLASSDESTDIR

      The recompiled javac and core classes are no longer copied into build/ARCH/classes from the tmp newclasses directory. The code
      is still there in Tiger update workspace. But it's removed in
      Mustang: the DEBUG+= and OPTIMIZED+= lines were removed in
      Classes.gmk.
