The NotificationBroadcasterSupport specification was recently modified so that it no longer allows an implementation to dispatch notifications asynchronously by default. However, the documentation of its handleNotification method still contains this sentence:

"It is not guaranteed that this method is called by the same thread as the one that called sendNotification."

This sentence should be removed.
