requestFocusInWindow method does not work for a disabled component. This happens only with Windows since 1.4.2. The method works for Solaris / Linux. The method returns false when called for a disabled component and fails to transfer the focus to the disabled component.

To reproduce:
1. Run the attached automated testcase. If the testcase prints an error message 'FAIL: Choice.requestFocusInWindow for a disabled Choice returned false', bug is reproduced.
