right now jdhelper is a stand-alone WinMain program. this CR changes jdhelper
to a set of functions that are linked with the deployHelper plugin.

this will bring us advantages in CAB and XUL packaging of this plugin, as
well as a better user experience (since now dialogs will be modal with
respect to the browser).

we are also changing the signature of the install method. these changes are
detailed in the latest version of the Scriptablility Spec.
