D3D, OGL: Regression: Ea blits are broken after the fix for 6248957

      Blits with the composite with EA are broken in Both D3D and OGL pipelines
      after the fix for:
        6248957: Src mode with non-opaque color does not use optimized loops

      The extra alpha is ignored.
