As of 1.4.2 java.util.jar.JarFile knows about certain jar files on the boot class path and that they do not contain Class-Path entries in their manifests. This information is used to skip potentially expensive reads and parsing of the manifests. Sometime in the 1.5 or 1.6 timeframe a new jar was added to jre/lib/ext, sunpkcs11.jar, and this jar file needs to be added to the list of known ones.
