Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install JDK.0 b34 on sparc sol 10 machine
2) Clean Cache
By default, "Use Browser Settings" is configured for Network Proxy Settings

3) Launch a JNLP Application
(./javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/mg.jnlp)

"Invalid Argument Error" message dialog is displayed.


An error occurred while launching/running the application.

Could not load file/URL specified: http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/mg.jnlp


This behavior is seen only on Sparc Sol 10. Changing the Network Proxy Settings to "Use Proxy server", works fine.
