Desktop Integration Warning is shown irrespective of the "Shortcut Creation" setting in Java Control Panel, if "JNLP File/MIME Association" is set to "Prompt user". This dialog must be shown only if option is set to "Prompt user" or "Prompt user if hinted" for "Shortcut Creation".

Steps:

1) Set Shortcut-Creation option to either of "Always Allow", "Always allow if hinted", "Never allow"
2) Set "JNLP File/MIME Association" to "Prompt user"
3) Download any javaws application

If "Desktop Integration Warning" is shown, bug is reproduced.
