OS tested - solaris sparc 9, 10, Linux JDS Cinnabar

Build tested - PIT build for Mustang b36, at -
/net/sqe/global/nfs/deployment5/pit_builds/solaris-sparc/jre160_pit.sh

Steps to reproduce

1) Try to launch any java web start application, ex. notepad application from -
http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/demos.html

2) The "Desktop Integration Warning" is shown, prompting if the user wants to create the shortcut. Click on Yes.

The shortcut is not getting created on Solaris and Linux Gnome. It works fine on Windows.
