Test Case: Downgrade tests of JDK/JRE

The following registry key has incorrect value after installing 1.4.2_08 on existing mustang:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Development Kit\1.4
"Home"="C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0\bin"
MicroVersion: 0

How to reproduce:
1. Install jdk1.6.0 and then install jdk1.4.2_08 from http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html
Check the registry
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Development Kit\1.4]
It shows:
"Home"="C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0\bin"
MicroVersion: 0
Should be:
"Home"="C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_08
MicroVersion: 2

This registry key is also left behind after uninstall all jdk/jre and reboot the system.
