Verified
Run the attached test on PIT build.
1. You would see a frame with a menu and a couple of buttons.
2. Click on the menuitem available in the menu.
3. A file dialog will open up. Move the file dialog away.
4. Click on the frame.
5. Click on the File Dialog again.
6. Press 'ESC' on the file Dialog. File Dialog would disappear.
7. Click on the menu once file dialog is disposed.
If you don't see the menuitem there, the bug is reproduced. This is specific to the given PIT build and not reproducible on Mustang-b35. This is specific to XAWT. I reproduced it SolarisSparc9-CDE with the PIT build. (Though menuitem is not seen, clicking the location where it should have appeared triggers an action event).
PIT Build:
java version "1.6.0-awt.pit-int-awt-blade"
