While running "kinit -help" from windows XP, A exception is thrown at first instead of the help message:

C:\XXX>kinit -help
Exception: krb_error 0 Could not load configuration file C:\winnt\krb5.ini < The system cannot find the path specified> No error.

I think we should print the help message firstly before try to do anything else.
