How to reproduce:
1. Install jdk/jre rpms.
2. Try to launch any Java Web Start Demos from http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/demos.html
3. The page returns to http://java.sun.com/products/javawestart/needdownload.html
So, the user are not able to launch jnlp files with rmps

It's working fine with self-extracting binary:
jdk-6_0-ea-linux-i586.bin, jre-6_0-ea-linux-i586.bin
