      The section "Redistribution of the J2SE Runtime Environment" in jre/README.txt is out of date.

      It mentions NPJPI141.dll, which does not exist. This file is currently called NPJPI150_04.dll. It also fails to list NPJava14.dll and a number of other Plugin/Webstart related DLLs that would seem to qualify for exclusion.
