new JAAS login entries for HTTP SPNEGO

      HTTP SPNEGO uses JAAS to setup a LoginContext to call JGSS functions. two new login entries are needed to specify LoginModule and related parameters:

         http.auth.Negotiate.client, this entry used by HTTP client
         http.auth.Negotiate.server, this entry used by HTTP server
