PIT: Download window shows the masthead as "Verifing application" instead of "Verifying application"

Steps to reproduce :

1. Install mustang pit build 36
2. Clear cache
3. Run the following jnlp file:
http://oklahoma.east/jnlp-servlet/deployment/javaws/generic/stress/hello1.0.jnlp

Download window shows the masthead as "Verifing application" instead of "Verifying application"

Check the Java Web Start UI Spec
