The Ocean theme should define better colors for use with the different types of plaf decorated frames (such as "Question"). The current green for example (used for JFileChooser dialogs) clashes with the nice blue colors used in Ocean.

Open Dialog window always showing emerald theme irrespective of theme selected in metalworks(${JAVA_HOME}/demo/jfc/Metalworks) demo application

Steps to Reproduce:
===================

1. Open Metalworks(${JAVA_HOME}/demo/jfc/Metalworks) demo application.

 ${JAVA_HOME}/bin/java -jar ${JAVA_HOME$}/demo/jfc/Metalworks/Metalworks.jar

2. Click on Theme menu and then choose any one of the theme except emerald.Suppose if you selected Steel theme.

3. Click on File Menu and then choose open option.


Expected Result:

It should show open dialog window with steel theme.

Actual Result:
==============
It has shown open dialog window with emerald theme.
