6269351 was incorrectly closed a duplicate of some another bug, which was closed a not a defect. However the problem is still there, no workaround has been suggested and it is not clear why there should be any workaround in our build process. If system setup violates some requirements - sanity checker must report that. Also, those unspoken requirements must be reflected in the build instructions, otherwise people spend their time trying to figure out why they can't build the workspace. Until then I think the changes triggering the build failure must be removed since they prevent people from working on their mustang features.
