Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install JDK
2) Launch HTMLConverter ( ./HtmlConverter -gui )
3) Click Help --> About

The "About" dialog window title (HtmlConverter) does not display the complete window title. This behavior is seen only on solaris/Linux


Expected Behavior:
------------------
The "About" dialog window title should be completely visible on all platforms
