(coll spec) toArray method javadocs are inaccurate

      The various toArray() and toArray(T[]) methods in the collection classes
      have javadoc in need of improvement:

      - many do not specify the unchecked ArrayStoreException and NullPointerException
      - many inherit inappropriate javadoc from AbstractList or elsewhere.
