Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install JDK
2) Launch a JNLP application
(./javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/mg.jnlp)
3) Launch Java cache viewer (./javaws -viewer)
4) Delete the Application
5) Goto "Deleted Application" and re-install the Application

The popup shows no value for the "Publisher:" field


Expected Behavior:
------------------
When Application is re-installed, the popup should not show a null value for the "Publisher:" field
