I have attached a sample test. Execute the sample test on XToolkit. 3 Frames will be shown on the screen - ButtonTest, Isolated Frame1, Isolated Frame2. Please do the following:

      1. Click file menu and click on exit menu item
      2. A dialog will come up - ParentDialog. Modality is application modal.
      3. As soon as the dialog comes up, try minimizing Isolated Frame1.
      4. This frame alone will minimize though it is supposed to be blocked by the dialog.
      5. Restore the frame and try maximizing, minimizing 'Isolated Frame2'.
You would notice that all the frames except 'Isolated Frame1' being minimized though this frame is in the scope of blocking of modal dialog.

This happens only the first time. If you close the dialog and open it again, everything will work fine (IsolatedFrame1 will also be blocked and hence minimize button is hidden).

This is reproducible on Solaris10-JDS and not on win32. Here is the PIT build:
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.6.0-awt.pit-int-awt-blade-dm97671_11_May_2005_10_32-b00)
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 1.6.0-ea-b35, mixed mode)
