Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install JDK
2) Clean cache
3) Launch an applet which fails to load (e.g. delete $jdk1.6.0/demo/applets/DrawTest/DrawControls.class and load $jdk1.6.0/demo/applets/DrawTest/example1.html applet)
4) When applet fails to load, right-mouse click on the gray box and click "About Java" on the popup menu

The "About Java" dialog pops along with 2 other dialogs (an empty dialog with "About Java" and a small dialog with no window title).
