The API spec and the CCC spec for SplashScreen does not say anything about MultiMonitor configurations. The API spec claims that the splash screen will be displayed at the center of the screen. This is little confusing. For a multi monitor config, it must be clarified whether it is center of the primary screen or center of the virtual space.

Currently, on Win32, the splash screen always appears at the center of the primary screen. But on Linux with Xinerama, it always appears at the center of the virtual screen. This behavior will be confusing for the user unless it is explicitly clarified in the spec. Also it would be better if the user is given a choice as to whether he wants the splash screen to appear at the center of the primary screen or center of the virtual space.

In any case, the current documentation must be updated for MultiMonitor configs.
