PIT: Allow printer access popup is displayed four times

Tested OS : Generic
Tested Build : mustang pit build 38
Build Location : /net/sqesvr-nfs.sfbay/global/nfs/deployment5/pit_builds

steps to reproduce :

1. Install mustang jre pit build 38
2. Clear cache
3. Launch notepad / draw application
4. click print
Security Warning message "The application has requested access to the printer. Do you want to allow this action?" is displayed four times
