Replace Association warning is not displayed when the appln is uninstalled and installed again

Tested OS : Windows
Tested Build : mustang pit build 38
Build Location : /net/sqesvr-nfs.sfbay/global/nfs/deployment5/pit_builds

Steps to reproduce :

1. Launch http://web-east.east/www/tests/1.6.0/6269345/test1.jnlp.
Allow association
2. Launch http://web-east.east/www/tests/1.6.0/6269345/test2.jnlp.
Allow association.
Replace Association warning message is displayed
3. Uninstall test1.jnlp
4. Launch test1.jnlp. Allow association.
Now the Replace Association warning message is not displayed
