PIT: Able to launch two instances of Java Cache Viewer through Java Control Panel

Tested OS : Windows, solaris (JDS)
Tested Build : mustang pit build 39 (respin)
Build Location : /net/dig-dug.east/bigtmp/deployment/1.6.0/pit/2005-05-25

1. Install mustang jre pit build 39 (respin)
2. In windows, delete <User Home Directory>\Application Data\Sun
In Solaris, delete <User Home directory>/.java
3. Launch Java Control Panel
4. Launch Java Cache Viewer by clicking View button twice

Note : This bug can be reproduced on slow machines. Got this bug when clicked on view button accidently twice.
