PIT b_39 Java console menu item is missing in Firefox (Deer Park version) on Windows

      Java console menu item is missing in Firefox on Windows.
      Same bug was filed for all platforms (bug 6267746) and fixed has been delivered, however it is failing now for Windows platform.
      It is working fine on the older Firefox version (non Deer Park version)
      To check if you're using Deer Park or older firefox, inspect your registry:
      HKLM\\SOFTWARE\\Mozilla\\Mozilla Firefox --> for firefox
      HKLM\\SOFTWARE\\Mozilla\\Deer Park Alpha 1 --> for Deer Park
