Bug Info:

Table filter manual test fails in the following scenario.

1. If the user choose either number or date filter and enter some number or date and then it throws RuntimeException.

Steps to Reproduce
==================
1. Extract the following PIT build and then we can get the test location and jdk binaries.
/net/sqindia/export/disk05/swing/PITBUILDS/mustang/2005-05-25.tar.gz

2. Go into the test location and then compile the test using jdk binaies which are available in the pit bundle.

3. Execute the test with above mentioned scenario.
