Steps to Reproduce:

1) Install jre
2) Launch Java Control Panel
3) Click "Network Settings..." on General tab
4) Choose "Use proxy server"
5) Click on Advanced... button
6) Enter the proxy address and port for "HTTP:"
7) Check "Use same proxy server for all protocols"
Same proxy/port values are entered for secure and FTP
8) UnCheck "Use same proxy server for all protocols"
The entries added for secure and FTP fields are not removed. This behavior is not seen since b20 (regression since b20)
Expected Behavior:

When "Use same proxy server for all protocols" is unchecked, the entries added for secure and FTP fields should be removed as seen until b19
