Noticed this on the Java Control Panel - comes with JRE.
If you install b38 on Windows XP Professional, and launch Java Control Panel from windows' control panel - there is no focus. The focus should be on the first tab of the JTabbedPane.
This is accessibility issue - user is unable to access Control Panel using keyboard.
There are two possible workarounds:
1. Minimize/maximize the Java Control Panel by clicking on its tab in the windows task bar
2. Click on any other window, and then click on Java Control Panel - the focus will be on the first tab.
Works fine on Solaris.
I am attaching a simple test case to demonstrate the problem.
