      JDK-Info:
      ---------
      java version "1.6.0-ea"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.6.0-ea-b38)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.6.0-ea-b38, mixed mode)

      Operating System:
      -----------------
      Generic

      Steps to Reproduce:
      -------------------
      1) Install jre/jdk
      2) Clean cache
      3) Launch Java Control Panel (./ControlPanel)
      4) Click "Network Settings..."
      5) Choose the default option ("Use browser settings")

The help note above the radio button, displays the text:
"Automatic configuration may override manual settings. To ensure the use of manual settings, disable automatic configuration."

When the radio buttons are not check boxes, displaying such a note "...disable automatic configuration", is not appropriate. When the user is given radio button options to select, only one of the options can be chosen. There is no checkbox option to be disabled. Selecting any of the manual settings option, automatically disables the other options.

      Expected Behavior:
      ------------------
The help note "Automatic configuration may override manual settings. To ensure the use of manual settings, disable automatic configuration." has to be changed appropriately
