Folder and File fields are blank in Report dialog of HtmlConverter

Tested OS : Windows
Tested Build : mustang build 38

Steps to reproduce :

1. Install mustang build 38
2. Go to jdk1.6.0/bin
3. Launch HtmlConverter
4. Click on Browse button. Choose any applets under jdk1.6.0/demo/applets
5. Click on convert button
Focus is in Report dialog(ie,Progress screen)
6. Close the Progress screen
7. Click on Browse button again, choose any applets and click on convert button
Focus is not in Progress screen.
Also Folder and file fields are blank
