There are two issues with the NTLM authentication dialog:
1. It is not possible to cancel this dialog. The code never checks for cancel option.
2. This dialog comes up after security warning dialog, while for basic authentication, password dialog comes up before security dialog. It seams that authentication should happen before connection to server. So NTLM authentication dialog should show up before security warning.
