Build: Pit b40

The Javaws error dialog titles are changed from the "Application Error" to "Java Webstart: {Download/Launch File/Security} Error". This has broken all the automated negative tests.

In mustang all the error dialogs has "Application Error" as a title and "More Information" dialog will give the details and specific about the error.

Steps :
Launch this following application
http://cheran.india.sun.com:8080/JAWSTestsNew/certificate/multi_jar_signed_neg.jnlp

You will get a Java web start Error dialog with the title "Java Web Start: Launch File Error".
