PIT: associations option of javaws is not working as expected

Tested OS : All platforms
Tested Build : Mustang PIT build 40

Steps to reproduce :

1. Install mustang PIT build 40
2. Go to jdk1.6.0/bin
3. Launch application through javaws using "associations" option :
javaws -import -associations http://web-east.east/www/tests/1.6.0/6269345/test1.jnlp
It is giving javaws usage error
4. Now launch the application using "association" like the following :
javaws -import -association http://web-east.east/www/tests/1.6.0/6269345/test1.jnlp

Application is launched
