Target platform: RHEL AS 4.0 u1 beta, Window 2000 Pro
       build: J2SE 6.0-build 39

Problem:
This is NOT a regression. It never works.

Steps to reproduce:
- Install JDK 6.0-build 39 onto the system test
- Excecute <installed_JDK-b39-dir>/demo/plugin/jfc/CodePointIM/java -jar CodePointIM.jar
- Excecute <installed_JDK-b39-dir>/demo/plugin/jfc/CodePointIM/java -jar CodePointIM.jar

Expect result:
- Display the error message:
"This is a demo input method; it cannot be run directly as an application.
Please read the file README.txt in this directory to find out how to use
this input method."

Actual result:
"This is a demo input method; it cannot be run directly as an application.
Please read the file README.txt in this directory to find out how to use
this input method."

However, "REAMDE.txt" doesn't exist in the directory: <installed_JDK-b39-dir>/demo/plugin/jfc/CodePointIM/
