The descriptions of the SSLSessionBindingEvent constructor public SSLSessionBindingEvent(SSLSession session, String name) do not not describe any exception. But the implementation throws IllegalArgumentException if session is null. While this is reasonable specification should mention this explicitly
as the EventObject constructor description.
