If Java Web Start encounters an application that requires a JRE that is not on the system, it will connect back to the auto download servlet and download the appropiate version of the JRE. However, the installation of the JRE is wrapped under a very out-dated UIs in the extension installer, and it hurts the overall user experience of Java Web Start.

The installer should leverage the new UI framework available in Mustang and present the new UI to the users. In addition, the bundled installer should be the web/online JRE installer in order to reduce the download size.
