Description: Tooltip string does not change after change of gui element
If you have two gui elements with different tooltips and move
from one to second, the tooltip text does not change. The tooltip box is
corrupted sometimes too - it looks like one tooltip is over second.
When you move back or to a third gui element, everything start to work
correctly. It happens just when the tooltip should change first time.
See the attached image - the tooltip "Makinen" is the "I" button tooltip.
But cursor and focus is on "B" button (unfortunately the mouse cursor is hide
on Win screenshots)
Linux and Solaris bundles work fine, 5.0u3 fcs on Win works fine too.
Bundle tested:
jdk-6_0-ea-bin-b39-windows-i586-03_jun_2005.exe
jdk-1_5_0_03-fcs-bin-b05-windows-i586-p-08_mar_2005.exe
Platform: W2003 de SP1
Reproduce Step(s):
Tested on ga16-b03: font-render/swing/three/JToolBarTest.java testcase but I
suppose it happens in any application.
- run 'sh run_gs.sh font-render/swing/three/JToolBarTest.java'
- move cursor to 'B' button
- wait for tooltip to appear
- move cursor to button 'I'
=> the tooltip does not change. If you go directly to
