Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install jdk on Windows
2) Clean cache
3) Launch a JNLP Application which pops up security warning dialog and also has a shortcut creation enabled in the JNLP file
(Example: ./javaws http://ramkumar.india.sun.com:8080/JaWS_mywork/Shammy/Shammy.jnlp)
4) Click on "More Information..." button on "Warning - Security" dialog popup
5) Click on IE or any other tool which would cover the security popup.
6) Close IE or the tool that was opened.

"Starting application..." dialog, "More Information" dialog and the "Warning - Security" dialog, all get jumbled and none of the dialogs can be answered.

User has to pull out each dialog and check if that can be answered
