For the new dialog template for all the dialogs in deployment, the following needs to be fixed:
   - ability to specify minimum allowed font size in resource file
   - bold/plain labels and text areas in dialogs - make font style correspond to the UE spec
   - extra white space in security dialog right to the warning icon
   - extra white space between labels and text fields in password dialogs
