ScriptEngineManager.init disorders discovered engines pushing them to HashSet collection. Javadoc doesn't say anything clear about order of engine with same values in slow path of getEngineBy* methods.
I think order of getResources should be preservered during getEngineBy* methods and this behavior should be fixed in javadoc.
