A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Under Windows LookAndFeel open menu (from JMenuBar) should disappear when user click to native windows title. You can check this behavior on any native Windows application, for example notepad.exe

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
1. Launch SwingSet2.jar
2. Swintch to Windows LAF
3. Click to "File" menu
4. Move mouse to window title area (and make sure that "File" menu is still open)
5. Click to title

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
"File" menu should disappear
ACTUAL -
"File" menu presents on screen

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
