IBM Canada is reporting an issue regarding how JRE failover across proxy servers.
Their proxy string looks like this:
"PROXY proxyeast.aircanada.ca:8081; PROXY proxyeast.aircanada.ca:8080"
If first proxy is invalid, JRE should automatically try the second proxy string, but JRE Tiger release didn't do that, it just failed to load after trying the first proxy.
