The spec for TrayIcon.displayMessage(..) says:
<<The message will disappear after a timeout or if user clicks on it.>>
Though, on Windows the behaviour is special. If a balloon message is displayed and
a user doesn't show any activity on the desktop it won't disappear even if a timeout
was set up. The timeout is counted only when user uses the computer.
We are better to reflect this in our spec.
