Steps to reproduce:
* Start up
* Start up jdshelp by going to Launch -> Help

There are no shortcut keys for "OK" and "Cancel" buttons in "Page Setup" and no shortcut keys for "Print" and "Cancel" buttons in "Print" dialog box.
